He's two-faced, acting differently depending on who he's presented with. In front of his parents and his first nanny, he becomes aloof and short tempered. In front of those he's familiar with, like Jenny or Fifi, he's much more meek and courteous.

He tends to be either ambivalent or reckless.

He feels that his parents abandoned him and does not forgive them even though they've taken him back into his childhood home after their little scare with his life.
He also hates but fears his first Nanny, Angela, who wrote the journals on how to deal with the burden that he is.

When Talent was, like, three, he found a veela hurt outside his home. He thought she was just a regular girl, so he brought her bandaids and things he thought might make her feel better like flowers and candy... she took kindly to this, leaving him with her blessing. He fosters and accelerates growth around him, and the very growth he fosters would see him grow and be safe. Unfortunately, many other creatures were interested in having his power set in their assets, so kidnap attempts were made a few times while he was just a toddler until a fire burnt down part of his parents' mansion. At that point, they'd hired Angela and sent him to a private island where he could grow up and be safe as well as keeping themselves safe from what he could possibly do.
Within the last year, his veela picked a fight with the goddess incarnate, Rhiannon right outside of the manor he was restricted to. It was destroyed, as well as most of the plant life. A few staff members were injured, but most came out alive.

Fliffoo. Rather than a pet, she's a friend. A Rusalka who showed up and hasn't stopped hanging out with him yet, so he cherishes her. She talked to him when all of his staff was scared to. Before Jenny.

He basically has major control over plants although it's outside of him for the time being. He only makes them grow and unintentionally keeps a mostly healthy ecosystem going. He also acts as a fertilizer of sorts to people and creatures alike. Just being close enough to him will do it.
