Nature
She comes off cold and standoffish, but in reality, she's just very traditional and was trained to act shy and innocent. She has an image to maintain and by god she will uphold it until she can't uphold it anymore. She viewed it in a "till death do us part" sort of way, but she's sinced lingered and so has it.
She's pretty high energy although she does tire out, but when she does grow tired, her tolerance for even higher energy people is immeasurable. She still enjoys to watch. She's especially patient and giving when it comes to children, especially her own, who weren't in attendance of the ball with her.
She has a tendency to playfully keep secrets, such as being more forward with a desired suitor and calling it "our little secret," as well as other mostly innocent things, like giving a kid a little bit of candy. "Just between you and me."
In life, she was never very impressionable once she hit her teen years, but the times have changed.
Dancing, at the moment.
Her emotions are very transparent, which is only a flaw because it affects the approachableness of her appearance. No one wants to see a burning corpse. When it comes to her feelings, she can also be very impulsive and volatile.
Once you get her started talking about herself, it's hard to get her to stop.
She constantly indulges in things she doesn't enjoy because they were what a woman should be doing at the time she was alive.
She considers herself Helen/10.

History
March 20th
Adelaide was born to a wealthy family, and as expected, wealth stayed with wealth. She married another rich man. He was among her favorite suitors, and she let him in on many secrets about herself such as her favorite songs and scents. She even wrote him a letter or two expressing her affection for him while her parents looked the other way. She was under the impression his status in her favor was requited.
They had two children and led an ordinary life for the time period up to the point of the ballroom fire. She'd gone to it with her brother as her accomplice, as her husband had asked to spend his day with the nanny and the children. Adelaide died in the fire, first falling unconscious from smoke inhalation.
It was later that she learned of her husband's affair with her brother's wife via ghostly gossip of knowing glances and longing stares.
Notes
If so inclined, she can manifest a physical form, almost like she's alive again, but her touch, while not always unnatural cold, leaves those she touches with chills.
