A simple white large floor length outer robe with grey-ish green patterns. Underneath it, he wears a shorter thinner above the knee robe, a grey-ish green sash tied at his waist, overlapped several times, white pants that reveal his ankles, greyish socks and martial art shoes.

At first glance he appears as a calm, extremely polite, cheerful and gullible idiot. In reality, he is a very sly and mischievous person, capable of stinging people with words whilst maintaining a serene face. Just like his name suggests, even though he is the cause of a lot of chaos, he is always very calm and peaceful.
He doesn't ever seem to get angry, instead becoming sad or disappointed. Under the influence of alcohol, he is quite loud and extroverted. In extremely stressful situations, he loses some of his cool, either breaking down emotionally or shifting his demeanor into a cold and semi hostile one.
He responds better to people who are nice rather than those who either make fun of him or are mean to others - he usually likes to cause some trouble for the person who misbehaved.

Most of the time he is seen munching on a straw, with his bamboo hat hiding the top half of his face. He generally has a calm, albeit mysterious looking expression, but once he manages to cause trouble or trick someone, he tends to curl his upper lip and narrow his eyes, while making a gentle "Fufufufu~" sound, sometimes covering his bottom lip with his fingers.
He speaks in a calm, polite and simple tone, with a warm and kind voice, sometimes using some japanese or chinese words, especially when mumbling to himself (he rarely cusses but when he does, he usually says "wo de tian" meaning "holy shit" in chinese)
He maintains a proper posture, although his favorite position of all is laying down with his arms under his head, his legs overlapped and his bamboo hat covering his face.

Extremely mischievous, a bit too rash and oblivious at times

Fear of violent waters - After accidentally flooding the crops in a nearby village, he was thrown into a violent river to drown. He survived thanks to a log that happened to be nearby, but the entire experience of being forcefully submerged for a long time by currents has always creeped him out.

Proper japanese etiquette has been drilled into him since a young age. He studied some history and calligraphy, and later learned how to speak Chinese in the time he stayed in China. He's still new to greek and latin, but he knows enough to make himself understood.

Adohira is the only son of a family of wealthy farmers in the North of Japan. His childhood was rather normal, spending most of his time either playing with other children or studying calligraphy and history. In his early teens, he started helping out with field work, alongside the rest of his family; it was also at this time that he discovered he could somewhat control water and rain, even though he was able to do so since he was around 10, he only made the connections until after he turned 13.
At 16, during an especially hot year, he tried to help the local farmers by summoning rain. But since he was still new to his power, he could not control it very well. Therefore, he ended up causing a flood in a nearby village, partially submerging it.
The people naturally became scared of him, assuming he was an oni, so they tried to catch him. Once apprehended, Adohira was thrown into a nearby river in the hope that he would drown. The boy eventually did survive, miraculously getting past the violent waterfall and clinging on to a log that had been swept by the fast waters. He was fished out of the river by a small ship heading to China; once arrived there, he spent his next 3 years doing various things (he learned a bit of Tai Chi and some basic sword fight maneuvers from an older man in the area who saw potential in him).
In the time the story takes place, Adohira had started to become a topic discussion for the girls in the area, as he had matured into a handsome young man and his hardworking nature had made him quite desirable among the ladies. He was presented with a few marriage offers which he polite refused. When a mysterious urge to go west washed over him, he quickly packed up and left China, joining one of the caravans on the Silk Road in order to reach Greece, the place where the mysterious call came from.

After becoming a god, he later manages to subdue a demon beast and turn it into his companion (and also a mount). The demon beast often takes the form of a large ox whenever Adohira decides to descend among the common people.
Other known forms of the demon beast include a giant 8 headed sea serpent, a golden cloud or a storm dragon

God Of Storms - has complete control over most storm types, although his main favorite one is the thunderstorm. He can command rain, clouds, lighting and even large bodies of water.

Currently, since he's not a full god yet, he can only summon rain, but not control it, which can lead to either devastating thunderstorms or very short weak rains
