Hums some random pop song when bored, stretches randomly trought the day, she gets quiet when nervous and talks quietly, becoming aloof about her suroundings trying to distract herself. When restless she tends to fidget with her hands and move her eyes a lot, not resting them anywhere on the room.
She often uses slangs and curses, but not excessively. Doesn't talk too much but when discussing about her beliefs she does, and tends to ramble about then in no order and mostly to herself, sometimes forgeting about the other people on the room. She can be very blunt and not notice it.

Having a strong sense of justice, she thinks she needs to revenge her dead mother, her sister who lost her hearing and any super powered individuals of the island (because the government generaly don't like them and all that), and to do that she needs to change the whole government
She prioritaze the safety of her sister and her best friend and if she senses something will put them in danger she doesn't go with it.

-Anxious: she has a great fear of failing her life goal and is constantly worried about her sister (specially since they don't keep contact) and her best (and only) friend, who happens to be her enemy as well, the island's hero
-Blunt: being raised in a poor area of the island and by her mother (different from her older sister that was mostly raised by her grandpa until his death), Amelia speaks her mind and sometimes doesn't notice if she is being rude or insensitive
-Fierce: she is too focused on her cause and dedicates her life, time and money to it
-Overzealous: she is excessively and enthusiasticaly devoted to her cause
-Pratical: level-headed, efficient, and unspeculative, no-nonsense. She doesn't listen if she thinks an ideia is impossible or involves mystical elements
-Rebellious: She goes against the general public ideals and tries to get attention to her cause by making trouble. Defys and resists the established authority, government, and tradition
-Troublemaker: she deliberately and intentionally stirs up trouble to get attention

Against the rich or the government employees. She thinks all of them think on the same bigoted way and is ready to argue with them about anything

Speaks language of signs, is very good at card games, is street smarts and have tactical intelligence even without completing middle school. She formulates plans quickly but always tend to use physical force or her powers. She speaks portuguese fluently and knows how to speak spanish and english.

The Logician
As a logician, Amelia prides herselve on her inventiveness and creativity, her unique perspective and vigorous intellect. She thinks outside of what the general propaganda wants the people of the island to think and wants to change the way 'powered' people are threated. Even being the type that uses her mind more than her heart, she understands people who are motiveted by their feelings and is generally motiveted by hers as well. She have a great fear of failing but knows that she would die for her cause and still feels guilty for her mothers death and her broken relationship with her sister.

Using her power too much make her nauseous and with a strong headache (her power: she can create energy shields (yes, kinda like Violet Parr))

She fears explosions and failing, and becames more anxious in crowded spaces, tending to avoid those. Sometimes she has nightmares about explosions or her mother's death and tends to not sleep at all. She never goes too much time without sleeping but tends to avoid sleeping when she isn't feeling well. Fear is what makes her act in impulse.

Her sister and she keep their relationship a secret. She doesn't know anything about her sister's life, only have a vague ideia of where she lives
She loves to go to shows of young aspiring artists, specially the ones from a poor area of the city. Sometimes, if she gets extra money, she donates it to them to continue their studies

She doesn't know that the government have a file filled with information about her. They know where she works and lives, but don't do anything to stop her because they need a villain to make their hero look good for the media and support their propaganda against 'powered'individuals that don't work for them
They don't keep a too close eye on her, so she can keep some secrets. After Amelia and her sistee fought, they didn't keep contact and therefore the government decided to not keep on eye on her as well

Co workers: they don't keep close contact but she does have their numbers and sometimes she goes out with her friend, a grumpy barista that don't feel the need to pry into her life

Sister: after their fight 5 years ago, they didn't keep contact. Her sister is her only living relative and Amelia still carea deeply about her, but doesn't want to start another fight so she doesn't try to talk with her again

Helena: Helena is her enemy, the hero who works for the government. She hated her and everything she represented but with time she started to see her side. She was different from the other people who she knew that worked for the government. Helena was raised there but started to question some decisions. When she found out Amelia's identity, she decided to not tell her supervisiors about it. It was at this point that Amelia started to see Helena differently. Once Helena went to the coffe she worked, they started to hang out a bit outside their 'super' lifes and started to know each other better. (Amelia never actually explored her sexuality, but after spending some time with Helena she is pretty sure she is super lesbian with a huge crush on her enemy, ops)

None, she is an atheist and she doesn't believe in things until there is some proof that they in fact exist and thinks there is no God because of the conditions she and many other people are treated

Anarchist, feminist, left-leaning views, leader of the only rebell cause of the island (that unfortunately isn't popular and therefore she is viewed as the villain by the population)

She is a villain and the only successful one of the whole island

Mashed potates that remind her of the time her mother and sister would just sit with her and they would talk about their day. It's bittersweet but still remains as her favorite

She didn't finished her last year of high school due to lack of money and time to 'waste'

She comes from a poor family. Her mother had her after a one night stand with a 'powered' man, but they never discovered it until her power manifested when she was 16. Her grandmother died when she was only 2 years old and her grandfather helped her mother to raise her and her older sister. Unfortunately, her grandpa died when she was 10. Her sister suffered lost of hearing when she had 16 years and Amelia had 11years. They both learned language of signs until they had enough money to buy hearing aids. When Amelia was 16, her mother's house suffered and bombarding from a terrorist force and that caused her to activet her powers, but being unable to save her mother, therefore feeling guilty about it. She and her sister fought on their mother's funeral and lost most contact. Amelia dedicated her life to throw the government and change people's view of 'powered' people.

Can sometimes be overprotective of the people who are important to her. If she senses they are in danger, she tends to use her emotions and forget to think rationally first.
