Neko was first booted up on 4/20/2000, making him 25.

The small little tuft of hair on his head is a pastel blue and pink; it seems to be akin to the properties of human hair.

Red with a slight designed tint of purple/blue.

His entire body is mostly metallic and is made by a typical and durable steel-like metal. Though it is not entirely bulletproof since the body itself has not updated in almost three decades.

The wings on his back is currently just for decoration. They can easily be removed and are detachable.

Typically Neko would inherit gentle and childish mannerisms, (covering his face whenever he detects he made a mistake, jumping in excitement, snuggling stuffed animals, etc.). His ability to appear mature is flexible, but is hardly done now-a-days by his own decisions.

"World Peace" - or as Neko would claim it to be.

Neko is quite skilled in robotics and programming abilities, as well as flexibility in the way of handling weapons. He is able to quickly acquire online information, with the use of the internet, and use them to his advantage if needed. He is able to translate most earth-originated languages and calculate any math problems like a computer would have. Neko is great at empathy and sympathy and similar therapeutic conversation.

He lacks a big deal in originality however, moreso the expressive type. Most of his creations are based off of already-existing materials and inspirations.

Neko can only express certain emotions or learn them over a grand period of time, right now he openly expresses:
- Happiness (excitement, joy, etc.)
- Dislike
- (Repressed) Anger
- Loss
- ????

Before recent events, Neko used to be a robotic, protecting guardian over a young subject. He doesn't disclose much besides this.

He dresses in mainly pastel colors.

Neko mainly uses his own robotic creations, however he does have personal weapons. He seems to favor guns due to their long range but doesn't stray away from melee items if needed. He has retractable claws that it more-than-often sharpen to the tip.
