Naturally, golden blonde, but he dyed it seafoam green at the tips, fading to the blonde at the roots. There's also streaks of bubblegum pink, as well as some darker teal.

Super wavy, bordering on curly. It's short, but not too short. About three inches, maybe?

None. He keeps his face super clean so he looks even more childish and innocent.

Dark purple/blue. Like the deep of space, maybe a galaxy without the stars.

Human.

Pale, warm undertones. He doesn't really go out during the day if he can help it, so he's not really that tanned. Only his face would be if it got tanned.

He's a bit chubby, but not a lot.

His face is sprinkled with freckles, with a lot of them residing on the bridge of his nose. His hair is also a very different color.

Will always scan the room he's in for enemies and places to escape from. Will tend to talk in a smooth, sweet voice to make himself sound the part of an innocent child (his real voice is still smooth, but cold and sharp).

To beat The Saphire and Adrian and become the most powerful gang on Diamanti.

He stopped caring about how his actions affect other people a long time ago.

He's very good at getting out of places and getting into places. He can pick locks with his eyes closed and is very good at sleight of hand and pickpocketing. Also very good with a knife.

He'll tell you he doesn't have one, but it's the ring he wears on a chain around his neck. If one was to ask what the ring was, he'd either shoo them out of the room (forcefully), or if he's in a good mood, say something vague about how it's from the finger of one of his most satisfying kills or something like that. It's actually a gift from the one person he cares about, a boy he met when he was 17 who promised that the ring was a promise, and he would be back to collect that promise.

His magic. When that fails, a good, sharp knife.

He got a formal education up until the age of 17, and then learned everything on his own, from books and from other people.

Oci was born and raised on Diamanti, which was very hazardous to his health since he had natural-born magic. He managed to keep it a secret while training himself to use it. At 17, he was found out and disowned, and spent a few months in prison. He managed to escape (with some help from a nice, beautiful, magical (literally) boy he met in prison. The two disappeared into the Slums and were soon found by a group of natural-born magic users. They banded together with shared hate of the gods for doing nothing and shared hate of how the Saphire and the Black Gang were controlling everything. They decided to create their own gang to destroy the other two. Oci wasn't chosen for the position of power, but he soon demonstrated that he was the best person for the job. Thus, the Gang of Shadows was born. He's been running it ever since, making money off robberies and hired assassinations.

He can manipulate shadows. This means that if it's dark, he can make himself disappear. He can also do dramatic entrances and exits, make bolts of solid shadow kill someone, and blind people. Also, he can look really epic and scary.
