Considering his modest attitude, it can seem he's a bit pessimistic of himself

If Oliver considers someone a friend he's got no issues with protecting them when necessary.

Semblance: Black Hole
As the name suggest, Oliver can draw people and objects in towards himself. A tactic used to keep enemies from trying to escape.

Oliver's tail can grow back, depending on how much is missing it can take anywhere from a few hours to two and a half weeks.

One minor issue with Oliver's semblance is if a portion of his tail happens to be cut off, that detatched appendage automatically activates a rather violent variation of his Black Hole semblance. This usually take a much stronger hit against his aura than using his semblance normally
