Despite all her kindness, Aviana/Air has a habit of ignoring or downplaying serious problems. She brushes off Orson's threads as him just being grumpy and she once completely ignored a kitchen fire caused by Thirteen on the basis that it would "burn out on its own sooner or later" (she did tend to Thirteen's burns, though)
