Voice: Victor's voice is usually soft, sharp, and as succinct as possible.
Survival. Victor just wants to live to see the next day. No matter how bad his life is, he's too stubborn to just die.
Victor can be ridiculously stubborn about things. Once he's set his mind to something it is very difficult to persuade him otherwise. His stubbornness came in handy when surviving alone, but it causes friction in a group.

He is also reserved and closed off. Victor doesn't open up easily to people and tends to stay quietly to himself for the most part.
Drawing: Victor is very good at capturing what he sees in drawings. He primarily uses ordinary pencils and pens, but recently has been experimenting with colored pencils. Victor draws in a photo realistic style.
Stealth: By necessity Victor has gotten very good at not being seen, and finding great hiding places. It seems like his whole life has consisted of running and hiding from someone. Or something.
Drawing. He might find more hobbies to have now that he isn't constantly trying to just stay alive.
The flip side to Victor's stubbornness is that it makes him very loyal to the people he trusts/connects with. He would never betray the people he considers family. Ever.
Part of the reason for his impulsiveness is that Victor is very good at thinking quickly on his feet. He knows how to best use the resources around him.
Underneath his harsh exterior, Victor is a compassionate person who always tries to help those in need. Especially animals. It takes a while to fully gain his trust, but he'll still lend a helping hand when needed.
Severe needle phobia: He will feel dizzy and panicked just seeing one, and has never been conscious when one is used on him.
PTSD: Seeing horrifying monsters from the time he could open his eyes, eventually running for his life from them on the streets. He's definitely got some trauma to work through.

Atheist. Victor sees no reason to believe in a god.
Gold and brown
Victor has a sweet tooth and really likes cake. He hasn't been able to get it often though.
His sketchbooks. They're like a journal to him.

History
October 31
Victor dropped out of school when he was 16. He would like to get a GED, but has not gotten the opportunity yet.
Victor is the middle child of three children. His parents honestly didn't plan/want any of their kids, but they quickly realized they wanted Victor least of all. From the very beginning Victor was a fussy baby, and when he learned to talk, his insistence that he saw invisible monsters in the woods was incredibly annoying. His parents mostly ignored such claims, or punished him for them. But when he continued to see things as he grew older, they finally took him to a psychiatrist. Multiple psychiatrists concluded that Victor did not have Schizophrenia, nor did he seem to have any other condition that would cause hallucinations. No medications seemed to help either.
Ultimately Victor had a very lonely childhood. For the most part he was rejected and abused by his family. And at school his innocent claims as a child had made him the prime target of bullies, and he had almost no friends for the majority of his school years. And through all that he had to face down the terrifying things that lived in the woods, that no one else could see, and that were not happy that he could see them. He found one friend when he was about ten years old, a Navajo boy named Cody Paxton. Cody had a younger deaf sister, and was well aware of the horrible effects of bullying. So even though he didn't believe Victor, he felt sorry for the other boy and made friends. Unfortunately, Cody moved away when they were fourteen, and they quickly lost touch with one another.
Cody was Victor's first crush. The first time he realized he was attracted to other boys, and not girls. When this was revealed (without his consent) when he was sixteen, it was the final straw for his parents. They had barely tolerated their son being a "lunatic", being gay was not going to be tolerated. Victor was kicked out of his home, and his older sister refused to let him stay with her and her boyfriend. So Victor was left homeless on the streets. He quickly realized the danger of his situation, having no safe shelter for the night made him much more vulnerable to the dark beings that invisibly roamed the world. Victor had always enjoyed drawing, and now he used it as a comfort when hiding from the creatures. He would draw them from his hiding place to take his mind off of his situation.
On a whim, he began using his phone to take pictures of his drawings and uploaded them to a blog. He feared that one day the creatures would kill him, and he wanted at least one person in the world to actually care about it. Even if it was only because they wouldn't get to see anymore pictures from him. Over the years he mostly used the blog as a place to store his pictures so that he wouldn't be weighed down by multiple sketch books. He continued to live like this for several years, running, hiding, and keeping on the move. Too stubborn to die no matter how bad his life got.
Family
None. He has a habit of rescuing animals though.
