Her face resembles a mask more than a living being.
Stitches at the corners of her mouth.
Her right eye hole is broken, a perfect circle with cracks emanating from it.
Nature
Avah is incredibly spontaneous. Everything she says and does seems as if she just now thought to do it. Hundreds of years trapped in a mirror has left her more unhinged than she was when she was alive, and it shows. Avah's movements are jerky and often animalistic. She screams or shouts pretty much everything, no concept of an "indoor voice".
Revenge and chaos
She hates everyone. Except Hyrio, she's obsessed with him because she believes they have a lot in common.

No physical conditions, as she is dead and now Demonic.
Her mind is broken from centuries of suffering. But she was not really a nice person before that either.
