Reira is a responsible, yet pressured person, always keeping tabs on herself to make sure she's doing her job. She fears to let someone down, thus she's an overachiever. She tends to be uptight to others and gets mad when other people aren't doing their job. However, Reira respects the dreams and goals of other people and admires the concept of freedom. She executes blind justice, so she brings retribution and treats everyone equally, regardless of race, status, gender, and wealth.

She's motivated to wipe out any vile World Nobles and teaching the next generations right.

Reira speaks in an elegant, yet informal tone. With her being a World Noble, she can eloquently speak but in only royal and critical conversations.

After the timeskip, she speaks more informally due to joining the Revolutionary Army.

She believes that every royal family has at least one ill-mannered child or more.

31 years ago, a world noble named Haru Maneru fell in love with a female commoner named Tsukine. They were married 5 years later and have a child 2 years later. Haru named her Reira and he and Tsukine both take part in nurturing their child, with Reira not knowing she’s a world noble. She’ll always see people quite nervous around, especially adults.

When Reira was 13 years old, Haru finally tells her a secret that they’ve kept: she’s a world noble. It’s also the time for the Reverie so the Maneru family ready themselves for the event. Once they reached the top, Reira was amazed about the place and feeling that she wanted to stay here. But curiosity led her and she’s realizing that the Pangaea wasn’t heavenly as she thought. She saw dark secrets, such as slavery and murder that got away with. After the event, Reira tells her father she doesn’t want to stay in Pangaea, with Haru replying “I understand. I, too, hated that place.”

6 years ago, Reira’s parents got killed by other world nobles, igniting her resent of them. She also started her slave-releasing spree, with many thanking her for her kindness.

2 years ago, the Worst Generation arrived in Sabaody, with Law and Luffy caught her attention. After the Auction House incident, Reira and Law became friends and he welcomed her to his crew. Later on, after the Paramount War, Law allowed Reira to come along with her and trained her to use the Op-Op Fruit’s power.

6 months later, Law dropped off Reira in Baltigo and gave her a den den mushi. Reira asked Dragon to let her join the Revolutionary Army. Many disagree, especially Sabo and Koala, due to her being a world noble; Dragon allows her anyway. Koala and Sabo became distrustful to Reira but after a talk among them, both of them realized that she isn’t like the others. She was surprised that she saw Nico Robin, her oldest friend.

Now, she went to Dressrosa to take down the Donquixote Pirates. After Baltigo was destroyed, she, along with the Rev. Army, moved to the Kamabakka Kingdom. Reira attended the Reverie and helped Sabo rescue Kuma. After that, she engaged a battle with two admirals, Fujitora and Ryokugyu, along with Sabo’s group. She luckily escaped and told the others about what happened to Sabo.

After Reira joined the Revolutionary Army, she has a bounty of 6,500,000,000 berries, Only Alive. Her epithet is “Revolting Noble”.

How can Reira attend the Reverie without alerting others that she’s a member of the Rev. Army? Well, with her being a world noble, she can command the World Gov. to not tell about her status. However, she does allow them to release her wanted poster.

Reira’s favorite foods are mochi and wine, while her least favorite food is oranges.

Reira owns a broadsword that originally belongs to Haru, her father.

She also owns many Simulets. Simulet is a bracelet created by Dr. Vegapunk that can mimic a devil fruit’s ability via the devil fruit user’s blood. Its release was canceled due to how dangerous it is.

She has Observation and Armament Haki after the time skip.

Reira’s animal resemblance is the mimic octopus.

She is also a therapist, which is beneficial to the former slaves of the World Nobles living in Sabaody.

If One Piece was set in the real world, then Reira would be from Rome.

She would call Law from the Den Den Mushi sometimes. Koala teased her for having a crush on him.
