Vinny tends to be pretty laid-back and talkative, as well as sort of a sarcastic asshole. He tries to cover up his feelings with humor, but has a very strong drive to uncover the secrets of the mobs, from the Dawes-Breckers to the Ospreys. Determined to a fault, he throws himself into his mission out of a mix of concern for Creston's well-being and for a chance for revenge on the people who killed his family, although the latter is his greater motivator. He has a knack for remembering things and for observation, which makes him an excellent mole.
Very loose posture, if there's something nearby he'll lean on it as opposed to standing straight, tends to use hand motions when he talks. Resting expression is a smile.

Juggling (which he picked up out of boredom), running, hand-to-hand combat.

History
Raised by his parents (Eddie and Jules) in a relatively poor yet happy family, along with his older sister Marley. All was fairly well, until his parents and sister were killed by one of the mobs (it was never determined which) in a massacre to piss off the other mobs. Vincent swore that he would do his best to take down the mobs in their honor so that no one else would suffer a similar fate.
