She is dressed head-to-toe in long-sleeved and long-panted form-fitting clothes complete with gloves, a turtle neck, calf-high combat boots with straps, and a white plague doctor mask. Over her torso she's got a poncho/cape that ends above her chest in the front, the cape of which is almost always worn. Everything save the mask is black.

A black body suit that covers over all limbs, including neck, head, wrists, and ankles, topped off with combat boots and gloves and a plague doctor's mask.

Kei is brown/dark-skinned and has Indian features. She has short black hair that starts to rise up somewhat near the lower ear. She has either very dark brown or black eyes. When manic during adrenaline rushes, her pupils take the shape of a swirl. She's tall and build-wise she's lean, almost lanky.

When Up, she's very talkative and tends to ramble. She freely cuts others off, gives her opinion (often negative) undesired, and tends to abruptly interject or leave conversations w/o regard for the other person.

When Low, she is quiet and gives small responses in a despondent manner. She lets others do the talking and does not appear engaged.

Kei suffers from an inborn condition
caused by a clash or imbalance of traits that stem from her being a hybrid. It is very similar to bipolar in humans, causing high and low energy, including mania and abnormal adrenaline rushes. It also makes her easily distracted and leaves her unable to function at times.

・Her disorder interferes with her ability to do her tasks and take part in a team, as well as with how she functions. Her kind doesn't really know how to deal with it or her, so she is often designated to do lesser tasks alone and pushed away by others due to several incidents + the way she acts.
・So Kei is kind of just, isolated from the others while carrying deep shame and self dislike inside of her, and she is also despondent towards her prognosis since they just don't know what to do.
・She is not good at getting along with others and makes little attempt to make things work, as they "just get in the way" for her.

Like most Exterminators, she finds humans despicable. It stems from the monstrous crimes, selfish behaviors, and general maltreatment towards each other that she's observed from them.
When the topic of humans come up, or they are around, she often comments on this deep dislike.

【Hybrid】
Kei is a hybrid, meaning she is half Collector and half Exterminator. While she has some personality traits of Collectors, she inherited the physiological ones of Exterminators, therefore she is titled as an Exterminator, receiving the same kind of assignments as them.

【Condition】
As it happens with some hybrids, she has certain psychological defects. It could be said that she has the reaper equivalent of bipolar. She has high amounts of energy that make her perky, talkative, and scattered. She has an abnormally high stamina and is prone to fits of mania triggered by adrenaline rushes, which is what causes her to lose control and attack others. However, she can crash from relying on THIS energy too much, becoming completely exhausted both physically and mentally and requiring more time to recover afterwards. Due to this, she is also easily distracted and has trouble staying on task. Outside of this, she also experiences low moods/lower amounts of energy where she'll be quiet, despondent, and seeming disengaged with what's around her. After she comes down from her adrenaline high, she slips into this state, resulting in her unable to move and in a lot of pain if damage was heavy. It may happen in an instant or be a slow crawl.
