Can be cured with an antidote discovered by Gerard Gerard Starfast
History
Back in the Patrol's early day's the group spent some time trying to find a way to "cure" people of having powers. They spent a great deal of time experimenting but never were successful. The closest they came was creating Charcelide. While it didn't permanently get rid of people's powers it was able to weaken them to the point of being temporary unable to use them. The poison also has a number of other symptoms and side effects, which made the poison an ideal method of torture for the Patrol's later victims.
