Nothing protects you from the worm, we’re on about a worm the size of a human index finger that can burrow through bone…
- Has a weakness to cold environments
- A well heated house makes for prime breeding grounds
The worm latches onto your brain, lays it’s eggs, when the incubation period is over they somehow leave the body before they hatch and then the little worms just sort of scuttle off to find their victims. So maybe the worm burrows another hole out of your skull to kick its eggs out?
There’s no real way to even know if someone has one so you can’t really control or quarantine it
