Snyimaraz (lit. Small Hoof)
A small but sturdy mount and pack animal domesticated by Tundra Pazyirog.
Bovid
Looks
Deep brown, with white spots or speckles in female and young.
Thick and sturdy, but with delicate legs and hooves.
Ram sized.
A stocky creature with spindly yet strong legs. They have long lop ears, and short stubby horns.
The face appears sheep-like, albeit more slender. A puffy tail with a white underside acts as a signal for other member of the herd.
Males have a dewlap that inflates with air as they call to the females.
Farmed for their fur and milk. Their meat is not particularly tasty.
Also a popular mount and pack animal.
Traits
Usually docile, intact males become highly aggressive during mating season.
Their small horns offer little offense, but the power behind the blow of their thick skull is dangerous.
Quite slow unless charging for a headbutt.
Very strong and hardy.
Slow and stupid.
