Overview
Wire Bush
Wire bushes a group of related plants. They have no true leaves and do not posses a single trunk or stem.
The wire bush looks more like a large pile of wires than it does a plant. It is composed of a many wire-branches and the grow out of the and tend to loop around each other. The surface area of the wire-branches is where photosynthesis takes place. Though some species have a single or multiple fringe running along the wire-branches to increase photosynthetic surface area. In some species the fringe is serrated giving the appearance of small leaves.
The shape of the wire-branches in cross-section varies from species to species and can be a way to identify them.

Wire Bushes come in different shades of green, brown, and grey.
Generally mounded in shape, often taller than they are wide.
Depending on the species, anywhere between one and eight feet high. Usually three times taller than they are wide.

To fund the terraforming of Terra 47 an auction was help. The winning bidder would get to work with the design team to create a new life form for Terra 47. The winner was an inter-sexed group marriage consisting of seventeen individuals that worked as artist collective.
