Felemag
Large creature of feline nature.
Sentient, able to think freely and capable of limited emotion.
Looks
Mostly pale brown, white, and black but their patterns vary throughout the species. They can also be white if they live in tundras.
Large build, and feline skeleton. But with as much fur as it has, it looks round and bigger than it is.
Very large, the largest being recorded as 9 feet in height and 12 feet in length. Weight ranges from 200-500 lbs.
Large ears that stick out and sit horizontally flat, but they can move in order to more intensely listen.
Skeleton of bone, fur, whiskers, etc. all with the common base of carbon.
Traits
Being sentient, they can develop relatively unique personalities and dispositions.
They tend to charge with speed and tackle, uses sheer strength of muscle, jaw, and the use of claws to detain what they are after. If they kill something, the preferred method is to do as stated and then crush the victim's windpipe with extremely strong jaws. They are capable of some strategy if required.
Being so large, an immediate response to a threat would be to make themselves look larger and charge at the threat. If fear does not scare of the threat then they use sharp teeth, strong jaws, and sharp, retractable claws to maim the threat. They are able of strategy if required for a complex threat.
Its average speed is about 37 mph, so when hunting it uses camouflage and keeps close quarters to its prey.

They don't speak like humans, but they have farms of communication, both verbal and visual. They can give a low growl as a threat.
The bones are a strong material that can be fashioned into helpful tools. The fur is thick and long, so it is used to keep warm in coats, blankets, etc. The claws and teeth can be used as weapons.

These animals aren't prone to migration. Though, they do hibernate in the coldest months of the winter.
