Mitay
Mitay is very beautiful, with hair as blond as beach sand. Her eyes are like emeralds set into her flawless features.
Other names Mitay goes by are Ocean Jewel, Lotia, and Rakmanda.
Appearance
Mitay has hair as blond and beach sand. Her flawless white skin and her emerald eyes make her appear as though she glows.
Mitay is 5.7. This is so that she is tall enough to not be called short, however she is short enough so that people could relate a bit more.
She weighs almost nothing becuase she was born from the ocean so she weighs nothing so that she can dance atop the waves.

This is so while the ocean dances with them it allows Mitay to dance with the Tocata and to be close to them.

From the day she set foot on an ocean less planet she knew what she needed to do. She created the first ocean. She made sure it was healthy and would thrive in the millions of years it would be on the planet. With the creation of the first ocean came the creation of the Tocata, the ocean people. There also came the creation of the Atamire. As Mitay watched her ocean and the life she brought she knew that she would be remembered for more than just her beauty, but her creation. To this day Mitay watches over the ocean and the life as people adore her for her creations as they will for many years to come.
