Overview
The first party of Capital
The oldest government in Aelanu minor, founded after the civil war.
Structure
A very parliamentary government, with a PM in charge of the entire nation. It's somewhat conservative.
The PM is in charge, with the vice PM second, then with the chief adviser, and then the head of the army.
Tradition and the nations treasury.
Ideologies
Capital is somewhat against immigrants who aren't Bliss, but let them roam freely as long as they have a permit (mainly in the Capital).
Process
An election happens once every 5 years, with all of the parties running their own election. There are 3 parties in total. Each district must vote for who they think should be in charge and the one with the most votes becomes PM. In the event of a 3 way tied vote, the person with the least votes is kicked out of the race and then changes to the person with the most votes out of the two.
The highest term limit is 3 terms (15 years).
Minor crimes are charged with short jail times and fines, major crimes are charged with years of jail/hard labor. Serious crimes are charged with the criminal at the end of a shooting range.
Populace
A high majority of people support the government. With the small minority of people who appose it being Chelk, Aqua and Vetuno living in the country.
Capital, being landlocked within the minor continent, doesn't get to converse more with other nations besides it's neighbors next to them. However, most countries see it as a prosperous country, whilst a few see it as a remnant of the old empire.
Very very normal, people are free to do whatever they please as long as it is going by the law.
Members
Very strong, mostly contained within the hard to get into capital city. They currently have 450000 active soldiers.
Almost non-existent. They have canals that go across the continent, allowing them to transport weapons and soldiers. Some even have manned turrets on them.
Capital has the most expensive, most effective, and most biggest air ships in the world. They often build and sell them to other countries, keeping the best to themselves. They are said to have around 250 airships in total.
