The central government of the Families, to keep fighting to a minimum and productivity to a minimum.

Multi-Leader Dictatorship

There are 16 leader positions, 2 for each family, but they are not always filled. Problems only arise when a family has no representatives.

The East has taken a "If we can't see it, it didn't happen" approach to dealing with the North. Mainly because they hire some of the families for their dirty work.

Most civilians live however they wish to, but the speciality of the Family in their city tends to influence them.

Once all 8 families had been established, a joint idea between the Mysturians, Pecunias and Farmakos resulted in the surprisingly fast creation of a central government. The other families, in the midst of constant war, didn't have much choice but to join, as the fighting was getting in the way of business.
