  • Witches/Wizards/Warlocks may live in the Intrepid if they have attended/currently attend an academy in the Intrepid

  • Clergy may live in the Intrepid so long as they inhabit the proper housing and withhold their duties to their Clergy.

Privacy Ideologies

  • Privacy is permitted to Purebloods

  • Privacy is little to none for Halfbloods

  • Wizards/Warlocks/Witches have limited privacy

  • Clergy have privacy rights similar to Purebloods

Halfbloods:
- Health records are shared with Nexus
- if a Halfblood seeks healthcare outside of their designated regions they shall be imprisoned
- if a Halfblood is born illegally, the parents will be executed along with the child
- If a Halfblood is seen as a health risk to those around them, they shall be terminated
- Any language showing hostility to higher rankings or Nexus will put the individual or group of individuals in prison for 1 year.
- Halfbloods may not protest without the proper paperwork. If any paperwork is invalid/outdated/forged prison time is 5 years.
- Halfbloods may have weapons that can stun those who pose a danger to them if that threat is on their property

Wizards/Witches/Warlocks:


  • Health records will be sent to Nexus

  • Any diseases that are not natural to Humans will require quarantine in the Intrepid for up to 2 weeks. If the patient does not get better, send them to a hospital in the Intrepid. If the patient is still unwell, terminate them.

  • If the Human has a disease or illness natural to Humans only, require the Human to quarantine until they are better.

  • Humans can only seek healthcare from institutions of Acolyte or Phonen ranking.



  • Any language showing hostility to higher rankings or Nexus will put the individual or group of individuals in prison for 1 year.

  • Wizards/Witches/Warlocks may protest only institutions that allow Humans to enter/vacate.

    • Requires Protest permit

    • Protests outside institutions/buildings that don't allow access to Humans will result in prison time up to 2 years.



  • Weapons are allowed to defend themselves so long as they won't cause any fatal injuries to Bodross

    • Magic is allowed to be used

    • if a Bodross is killed with a weapon/magic the Wizard/Witch/Warlock will be put on trial. If found innocent/self-defense prison time is 5 years



    Clergy:


    • Health records will be sent to the highest ranking officer of the Clergy they are in

    • if the patient is of health risk, send them to urgent care in a Nexus operated/Phonen ranked institution to receive immediate care.

    • if a Clergy person dies from an illness that could have been cured, any healthcare workers in charge of the patient will be tried for manslaughter in court.



  • Any language showing hostility to high rankings or Nexus will put the individual or group of individuals in a re-education institution for 5 months.

    • if badmouthing of high rankings/Nexus continues after the program, force the individual/group of individuals into the program again for a longer period until they understand.



  • Clergy may own weapons permitted by the Clergy household

    • if an Acolyte or Phonen is killed by a Clergy member they will be tried in court for murder

    • If found innocent/self-defense, the Clergy member is required to be under house arrest at the Clergy house. They may only leave to attend meetings/lessons/prayers/any events pertaining to the Clergy. If they leave the house without permission/violate any rules whilst leaving they will be put in prison for up to 10 months and forced into a re-education program.
