"Jewelry" and arm braces
Metal, Semi-sponge items that attach "stick" to her ears, arms and around her neck(5 pieces in total). Protects her hearing and voice whenever she uses her powers for long periods of time & keeps her bones from splintering in arms.

So together, the pieces keep her body from the negative effects of prolonged use of her powers(hemorrhaging, organ failure, aneurysm, etc.). Each piece alone offers separate and additional advantages as well.
Earpiece:
Helps the eardrums adapt to the high pitched and force of screams, general noise and heavy sound waves. Keeps ears and face from bleeding. Able to hear short and further distances(and tune out certain sounds) with better precision.
Arm Braces:
Due to newly developed powers, these help stabilize her bones from strong vibrations. Help better target where blast will be going as well.
Collar/Choker:
Reinforces vocal cords to help reduce and resist swelling after prolonged use(most of the time). Able to increase decibel levels and target sound to certain area/radius(?).
