Government: Mafia-like with the Kuvan leader as the head and many branches with the leaders answering to the Kuvan leader. Kuvan leader will issue at jobs to subordinates.
Beliefs: They believe they were born from the ashes of the Fire Dragon(sun-Orahn) when it fell dead from the sky. They believe they will return to the sun and place their Death Stones in an underground cave that is illuminated every 150 years by the Sun = this collects the souls and takes them to 'heaven', they remove the stones after that and begin again.
