Almost completely black everything, near the Marianna Trench and yes that means under the sea. Large, web-like hallways that lead to other rooms and cells. Windows everywhere so you could look out and see a giant squid and it's terrifying but no one has ever dared say anything about it.

The Anaideia Headquarters was founded by Augustus Flanderhaul, who wanted to destroy the government and basically take over the world, starting with the United States. But in order to keep his 'mission' a secret, he had to build his headquarters under water where no one would suspect it to be.
