Founding Story

The Facility was founded by Dr Caradine. When he discovered that superhumans exist. He organised a program for the first 10 Neo-Humans. After the success of the first 10 he continued on to organise the kidnapping of nearly 90 more Neo-Human children.

The old facility was destroyed and the operation moved to a new more advanced base to house and train nearly 100 Neo-Humans.

After 10 years 091 discovers his bioelectricity and shorts out the cell locks in his wing causing a mass breakout. Most were either killed or caught but a good number escaped out into the world.
