A large rebel group around 4,000 strong considers this area their "turf" and are very territorial. The area is a rich supply source, because most of the stores and homes have not been ransacked, as there are waay too many hollows in the area. They'll lay low and let you enter, but if you survive the hollows and try to escape with supplies, thats when they strike. "Why not let them bring the good stuff right to us?"

The Ghost Town is considered a goldmine of resources. There are no people in the small town, because it's crawling with hollows. The ghost town is guarded by a huge group of rebels around 5,000 strong. They allow smaller rebels to sneak into the town, and if they come out alive- the larger rebel group will ambush them and steal all the stuff they stole. The captured rebels are either killed, enslaved or allowed to join the larger group.
