Formed from the fears and suffering of mortal souls, shaped by their demonic torturers. Demons vie for control and influence, expanding their dominion within the formless expanse as they gather more souls and power.
The Demon President once ruled from Hell's capital, Pandaemonium. Since the Apocalypse Pandaemonium functions as a port city, and remains full of demons and mortal souls.
