Although not actually called “bulletin boards” by Orbus’ inhabitants, that is the most accurate description of them, as they are three wooden posts with writing and drawings on them depicting the Clocktwisters’ plans, blueprints, and notes on subjects like the Noanimal.
It is surrounded by bushes and a trench of Orbus water and leads to the rest of the dimension through a short golden bridge.
