City
Avasikuu is the capital of the southern hostic province Halowkintrakaij, and furthermore has been the capital of Hostrimaa as a whole from the end of the Second Throne War 1192 until the beginning of the Winter War 1711, and again after the end of the Winter War in 1714 until a later coup d'etat in 1755.
Culture
Main language is Standard Hostic, though it has a large minority of Iliaric speaking people, and since Avasikuu is a metropole, it's more or less a melting pot of basically all the languages imaginable.
