All employees of C.A.P.S. must follow their schedules with at least a 95% rate of accuracy. Employees that fail to comply are put on probation for three weeks. If an employee fails to comply to the accuracy rate during probation, or if they're put on probation three times, they will be terminated without prejudice for 3 Goddess months. A previously terminated employee who is rehired will be put on probation for one (1) year. if the rehired employee continues to fail to meet expectations, they will be terminated with prejudice.

Bribing: No employee is allowed to personally take money in exchange for delivering mail outside of their schedules. Any employee that is caught doing so is put on probation for half of a year. Any second offense, whether during probation or not, is met with termination with prejudice.

Gifts: Clients are allowed to give their regulars gifts as a thank you for their service as long as it's not cash or a check, and is worth less than 1000R, and is sent to the C.A.P.S. Headquarters with it's purpose clearly marked. No employee is allowed to accept gifts directly, and doing so will be counted as receiving a bribe.

Headquarters was founded by Mr. Perelli to help facilitate his goal of a fast and convenient mail service that anyone could enjoy. He saw the need for a central location and picked the Cliffs of Quince as his base due to it's elevation and spaciousness.
