Westwood is a city, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. There is not any nature inside this district and it is closed off by a giant wall, preventing anyone to be able to escape.

8. No badmouthing rule abiding citizens, any citizens that do not follow rules are encouraged to be ridiculed and poked fun at.
9. The only God you may believe in is The Overseer.
