A world where those who are destined for greatness are born, and those descendant or blessed from the Sisters (or Descendants of those blessed) live.
A lot like the Fortunate Isles.
Culture

Rage of the Goddesses.
One must worship the Sisters.
One must also have a Hearth, Garden and Two torches in one's house.
Many workers of the Sisters, and/or descendants of it.

History
600 A.T.S - After the Sisters
The Sisters' Council was blessing too many of their subjects. In order to keep track of every human who has served them well, Hecate asked the Titan God of Destruction, Perses to help create the perfect environment. With the newly blessed Hecate getting trained by Alpha Sister Demeter, Demeter and Hecate created a place where the land who cater to each persons' property line.
Notes
In return for creating Fortunate Islands, Perses demanded Hestia bless his new daughter, Hecate with her magic. At first, Demeter nearly strangled Perses for demanding such a thing of the Mother Goddess, but Hestia, kind by nature asked Demeter to stop and see his Daughter. When Hestia saw how Hecate was placed between two torches, the flames lighting up her hands that already had bright sparks of magic, Hestia instantly blessed her with the knowledge of Magic, and crossroads.
