Entities and Items affected by it have no visual effect until fully drained of energy, at which point they sink into the branch of the Nihilitree they're on

For Entities, extreme pain until it ceases, whether it ends by the affected Entity getting off the Nihilitree or by dying
If one is absorbed by the Nihilitree, nothing remains afterwards
