When Alerrawia target many people, they may only target people very close by.

When mortals preform this, they can become physically injured or brain dead due to the overload of thoughts.
When half-mortals are born with this, they cannot stop it.
When half-mortals preform this, they cannot do so for more then mere seconds.
Alerrawia may become numb or exhausted after preforming this magic after long periods of time.

Magic is a birthright, and thus is directly influenced to how much magic they were born with.

It is mostly bad. Mortals do not think it should be used. They like thier privacy. However, it can often save lives and is very difficult to preform anyways, so it isnt always bad.

To use it, one must be very powerful, so they are often respected. However, by using this magic specifically, they can lose respect, especially if they are not using it with good cause.
