Ruby Elf
Ke-thus - their own native term
Hoarders of magic, and hedonistic in nature, Ruby Elves never leave their floating city, only happy to live in total luxury inside it.
Looks
Often very little, tending towards skimpy, sexual clothing.
Fairly slim, but the women are often curvy. They never change in appearance despite their diet.
Pale, fair skin.
Similar to a human.
Traits
Extremely magically powerful, immortal (and never placed in a position of possible death).
They never leave their city - squandering their abilities, infertile.
Culture
Mass orgies, spontaneous sex, consumption of large amounts of food, alcohol and drugs - no concern for consent, making the city dangerous for those who aren't Ruby Elves. They will have sex with any humanoid entirely willingly, and there have even been cases of desperate Ruby Elves fucking animals.
They worship Hedon - a personification of hedonism, and believe that reckless self indulgence and greed are their destiny.
The city of Thus-li is ruled by the representatives of Hedon, who often arrange orgies and feasts. They rarely have to step in, usually only when an outsider commits a crime such as refusing sex.
They have the most advanced magic in the world, yet only use it to live in a state of constant luxury, allowing for their hedonistic lifestyle.
History
It is believed that the droplet of gluttony that fell from the Sky Maiden's pail brought about this race - they have worked towards a state of magical automation, and now are entirely free to live hedonistic lifestyles without a care for basic needs.
