Centered on the Gate to the Elemental Plane of Air, a gigantic swirling cyclone rages eternally in the Ocean of Wind. Gusts and howling winds buffet the area, making it impassable for all but the most insane sailors. Some say the Jarl of Ovii has the power to control the Mother Storm, allowing access for her chosen.
