Overview
Nyxi
Starborn
The Nyxi are the Aetherial race attuned to the stars, possessing an innate ability to read the fates of others. Thoughts and desires are plainly written on the spirits of those who seek wisdom and guidance from the Starborn, and most try to do their best to guide those who come to them. But being so attuned to fate has consequences of its own. Chaos naturally opposes their ability to foresee the future, as it warps reality enough to cloud their vision. Strong chaos has been known to cause physical illness in Nyxi, and as such, they are reluctant to be around those whose nature is tied to chaos.
Traits
-2 CHA
Fatebound - The Nyxi are closely bound to the threads of fate, such that negative effects on the local reality can harm them. Creatures, spells, and magical effects aligned with Chaos have a chance of sickening Nyxi who are near their effects. If the source has an aura of strong or greater, then they instead have a chance of becoming nauseated.
This weakness can be resisted with a successful DC 15 Will save. They may attempt this save again after failing it as a standard action.
After Level 10, Nyxi only become sickened from strong auras, and after Level 15, they only become sickened by any Chaotic aura, regardless of strength, unless that aura comes from an entity of godlike power.
Additionally, Nyxi cannot cast spells with the Chaos descriptor, and are rarely seen of chaotic alignments.

Spell-Like Abilities:

1/day - Harrowing
When using Harrowing, the Nyxi conjure cards made of stellar light for the purposes of the spell. They never need (or use) a physical Harrow deck.
Advancement:
Level 5: Fateshift - Nyxi are innately attuned to the flow of fate, and have limited capacity to alter the future. Three times per day, they may reroll a d20 roll and take the second result if it is better.
Level 10: Distant Sight - Drawing on the vantage of the stars above, Nyxi gain the ability to cast Clairaudience-Clairvoyance once per hour, and the ability to cast Greater Harrowing once per day.
Level 15: Alignment of Destinies - The Nyxi's attunement with the stars becomes great enough to give them greater control of the fate of those around them. They gain the effects of the Heroism spell permanently, and may cast Hollow Heroism as a spell-like ability at will. They may only affect two targets at a time with this ability, but one must have the positive effect of the spell, with the other suffering the negative effect.
