Gnomes have been a part of the Dragonborn’s glory for a long time. Upon leaving their original homes under the mountains, they made contact with the Dragonborn and made an agreement; they serve their lords so long as they are offered protection. The Gnomes happily craft for the Dragonborn, constructing great creation both to further the war effort and further their civilisation. Though the Gnomes have no quarrel between other races or themselves, some Grandmaster Tinkerers that are personal servants to the Dragonborn family lords, hold grudges against others in a constant bid to outdo each other. This competition leads to great accomplishments as each tries to outdo the other. The Gnomes have their own settlements throughout the Isles of Pharros, guarded by Dragonborn. Their villages are much more quaint and cultural. The Dragonborn often visit these villages to join their festivals and merrymaking, contrary to the belief that they hate all races, as a strong bond has been made between them. The Dragonborn feel that the Gnomes are as strong as them, though through their intelligence, and respect them for it.
