In the sky, there is a race of anthropomorphic-like race who live in the sunlight.

There are all sorts of body types, but almost all are fit and lean.

Any sort of skin color, but most are Caucasian/white, or a dark tan

females: 140 lbs.

Every Angel has some sort of animal-like feature. From cats, dogs, deer, etc. and a set of white, long wings.

Angels will normally wear light clothing since being so close to the sun, and adults or workers wear a sort of robe (look at gallery)

They have strong and stealthy warriors and WERE a well-developed city (Until "Echo's Rein")

Their city fell apart in Echo's Rein.

Angels believe that their ruler is possibly a descendant of a god and they should worship them.

They take advantage of screws and bolts, creating complex machines to help with gardening and travel

Not so well. Everything was fine and peaceful until Echo's Rein.

A common dish in the Angel's city is Maid's duster cocktails and Carrtor, a sweet duck disk with rosemary.

Echo's Rein was started when Sky Relatis was chosen to be the next ruler sixteen years ago. Sky was normally not seen outside of the castle because of the fact that he did not interact well with other people, because of his own will and the fact that he could summon fire with a whistle. His father was angry with this and decided to punish him while he ruled, while even on his deathbed. His mother had died to an assassination a few years before, leaving Sky frustrated with everyday life. His father doing something an awful thing was not helping him whatsoever.
Sky's father decided he would rule as a girl, in sake of his mother. Of course Sky was very displeased with this and did every thing he could to stop his father from doing this, but he refused. Sky was then forced to take on the identity of "Echo" Relatis, heir to the throne. He was given the name Echo, because this identity was only an echo of who he really was. His new identity was long, pink hair and feminine attire. The only thing that he still had true to him was his antlers and ears. He took this form for 3 years, everyone calling him "My lady" And "Queen." Of course he was terribly upset with this and finally decided to put this to an end. Both of his parents had died, so there was nobody to upset anymore.
He had finally had enough when one of his workers had seen him change out of his dress. He killed the officer and went to the throne where he sat, took his hand and whispered a tune, while a few of his officials were watching him, and set it on fire. (Of course while in his "Echo" identity.) The Officials tried to get Sky out of the castle, but if they came close he would set their faces aflame. He had thrown the wig into the fire and his dressed was tattered, the makeup whipped off of his face. He stood in front of the castle, wanting the whole city to see who he really was, and not some sort of "Echo" to the world. He gave a few words:
"My name is Sky Relatis, heir to the throne. My father had trapped me in this appearance to which you all have seen for the last few years. I hope anyone that was interested in me takes it as a burden."
It caused devastation to the city, fire spreading everywhere and burning several buildings. Since no one else was alive in the family, no one could decide who would become the next ruler. Sky fled down to the Overground, where no one would possible recognize him. That was what became known as "Echo's Reign."
