Overview
Elves
There are seven different types of elves that exist in Avalon, one for each spark element. They are always born with the same spark depending on which type they are.
Looks
Varies
Earth - Same skin tones as humans
Flame (Fire) - Orange
Sky (Wind/Air) - Light Blue
Sea (Water) - Blue
Sun - Gold (literal gold, not tan skin)
Moon - Lavender
Thunder - Dark Purple
Tall
Varies
Earth - Deer/Elk Antlers, same hair colors as humans
Flame (Fire) - Fire for hair
Sky (Wind/Air) - Wings on back, blue hair
Sea (Water) - Fish scales, green hair
Sun - Horns, red hair
Moon - Four fingers instead of five, white hair
Thunder - Scarab Beetle wings, electric blue hair
For earth, it's as varied as humans. The other types not so much.
History
In ancient times, they were once humans who managed to tap into the elements and were changed as a result.

They all each live in different locations.
Earth - Trees, much like traditional elves
Water - Underwater in the ocean
Flame - (Near) Volcanos
Sky - In the mountains
Thunder - In the desert
Sun - The Solar Kingdom, which is located in an area similar to most southeast asian countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia)
Moon - The Lunar Kingdom, which is located in very cold places similar to Greenland, Antarctica, Alaska, and Finland.
