Jelkans
The people living in land known as Jelka, they arrived 300 years ago from Jaask, and are pretty similar.

Most common eye colors- brown, blue, green/hazel
quite a bit i think, but they're generally pretty white

not super great at defending themselves, their army is pretty weak generally speaking
