Decent economy, but they also have a very capitalist way of living, so there are the poor and the rich, which isn't the case amongst the Fae or Mer.

Typically they will ritualize their cooking, so much of the food they make has an undertone of energy/magic. Some of this can affect taste, so a witches favorite will be related to many things. They tend to favor fruits and vegetables and while they do eat meat, they are very respectful when killing an animal for it. Similar how native Americans used to hunt.

Witches have a small superiority complex and have caused some discord with the other kingdoms because of that. Especially Sirens, Demons, and Vampires. They seem to get along most with the Fae.
