Punishment
Farrah has been caught by the mission team sent to take her in. Astrea, Sprint, and several of Vector's other friends have been brought to attend her trial and sentencing.
Farrah pleads guilty to abandoning her Guard duty to the Nation. Tayce has the state defer it's decision to the wishes of Vector's memorians. (For she knows letting her friend off the hook would appear biased, but can't deliver a truly harsh penalty herself.)
Astrea is in fact the lead memorian, unknown to the group, as for the funeral they acted as a team without conflict.
Astrea lets Farrah free. She can't return Farrah her citizenship, so she effectively lets her live in any of the banished regions.

Farrah is banished. Sprint is furious and sees Astrea as a burden to Sprint's goals and ambitions.
This is when Sprint starts to scheme of how to get rid of the bits of Astrea within her.
