Overview
Disaster at Cilgard
Army marches on unknown force (large incursion) approaching Cilgard. Fortifies town against attack. Caught completely by surprise, the town falls, and both the military and the town's inhabitants are decimated

Action
An incursion had been gathering nearby for some time, and was made aware of Cilgard by a failed Ac Teyeri expedition. Hearing that an unknown force had been spotted moving to Cilgard, the New Haydenic Army sent a force to defend the town.
Completely unprepared for kind of fight that would follow, the army fortified their position in the town and waited for the incursion to approach. Incursion controlled puppets created numerous ghouls within the town, disrupting the defenses before the main force arrived, catching the army between it and the small force within the town.
Complete Haydenic rout. Town taken by incursion and slaughtered/corrupted. Surviving parts of army completely scattered. Erik and Kresic flee town with Veleria.
