Ever since the sudden appearance of monster-human hybrids, Chernobyl became a hiding place for those immune to radiation.

While there isn't an actual government or leader ruling the Exclusion Zone, many monster-hybrids look to the Xorriyaddans as their leaders. However, the Xorriyaddans insist that there is no leader and everybody should recognize that.

Video game systems are often set up in areas where strong radiation doesn't quite reach, allowing the monsters in hiding to contact outsiders through internet or play games.

The Xorriyaddans first touched down on Earth in Chernobyl and began setting up an anarcho-communist community for the monster-human hybrids that needed somewhere safe to stay. Also, one of them just fucking ate the Elephant's Foot in a single bite.
