Racing, in all shapes and forms, whether it's through animals or vehicles, they love it. Plus, it allows them to bet and show off their wealth.

They are very reserved, proper, maybe more in the sense that they are Conservative. Any conservative aspect that is similar to that, that's what they follow.

-Any MAJOR crime committed, any person involved will be put on execution immediately if there is evidence against you.
-The basics of murder, robbery, and so on, is a violation, and a humilation to this great and righteous country.
-You always, ALWAYS, must be dressed properly and nicely as society's style goes. You must be in fashion and dressed nicely.
-Men are the only ones allowed to vote, and are expected to vote. Failure to do so they will be forced to vote.
-Everyone is allowed to marry, adopt, etc.

In the process of building what was considered a master piece of a country that is just one huge city, they decided how they were going to split it up into districts. Deciding that the very center, and the biggest district of them all, would be their capital for the country.
