Eastborne
More of a city than a town, it's considered the 'Base of Culture'. Since everything and anything is crammed into that place. It's also the capital of Neoteric.

Culture
They usually favor extreme sports, that have a lot of danger and excitement with them. But of course with safety precautions, they don't want anybody to die.
It holds a lot of their ideals in the base of a Republic. It takes representatives and senators and have them deal with problems that they deem fit to talk about.
-The basics of no murder, no rape, the really bad stuff, you will be fairly punished.
-Everyone is allowed to vote, everyone is allowed to marry, everyone is allowed to adopt.
-There are many freedoms that are sort of similar to what America would uphold as well, just with a few adjustments. So for example, there is a freedom of speech, etc. Some may change.
History
Long after Neoteric was created.
The people wanted something that could have everything and anything, with advanced technology to move themselves ahead of the game. So they decided that what would be something small would turn to something bigger than they ever imagined.
