The Galactic Reich

The military of the Reich consists of three primary corps. Note that the Princesses do occasionally give battle, but they are not really a part of the military proper, and outrank everyone by default on the battlefield.

The most powerful corps is the Reich Maidens. Divided into twelve 'chapters', these are the most powerful witches under the princesses, and many strive to become princesses themselves through battle. If a Reich Maiden proves herself worth, her princess will grant her the Matriarch's Blessing, and she will join the ranks of the princesses.
In terms of rank, a Reich Maiden always outranks even the highest general or admiral.

The second primary corps is the Reichsguard, the general fighting force often called the 'Hammer of the Reich'. Itself divided into infantry, armor, and auxiliary divisions, these women and men get the job done, no matter the cost.

Finally, the third corps is the Kriegsmarine. The navy of the Reich consists of space cruisers, destroyers, carriers, frigates, supply ships, and millions of support staff and witches. With a wide set of operational parameters from surgical strikes to resupply and intelligence, the Kriegsmarine is the backbone and logistical support of the war-givers of the Reich. If you need to get somewhere, or need a fortress glassed from orbit, the Kriegsmarine is who you call.
