Tsetara
a dystopian post-war America, now divided into "sectors" (larger than cities but smaller than states) and ruled by a monarchy

History
America had a massive second civil war, and it left the whole country in ruins. A man from North Carolina, Jameson Tsetara, rose up and declared himself the king, claiming that they needed a monarchy in order to put the country back together. There are cities within sectors, but only the wealthy live in buildings. Most people live in old hollowed-out buildings or on ruined streets. In between the cities, there are massive expanses of black wastelands.
